A Guide to Using Images on CollectionTechnology.net

Every Member of CollectionTechnology.net can create a new Group or Event, and we encourage you to do so.

When creating a new Group or Event, our site requires that you submit a photo or image to accompany it. A photo or image not only makes your new Group or Event more likely to get noticed, but it also helps you express what the Group or Event is all about.

Now to the technical specifications. The dimensions of your image should be set to 171 x 171 pixels. Your image should be a .png (PNG/Portable Network Graphics) or .jpg (JPEG) file and must be in RGB (standard web) format.

We ask that you refrain from using copyrighted material, such as an image of Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones or the logo of the Rolling Stones. Such usage liabilities will be yours alone.

Finally, once you have formed your Group or Event, don't forget to invite your friends and colleagues to join or review it!

If you have any questions about images or using this site, please feel free to contact us at info@collectiontechnology.net.
