Developed account flow for entire collections operation from front end to legal. Collaborates with clients to assess overall monthly and annual goals. Oversees accounts payable for all satellite attorney offices and all (of counsel) and per diem representation. Assisted one of our clients in back end sales operation for purchase debt. Created and cultivates relationships with national brokers, debt buyers/sellers.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Commenced legal network of 150 collectors, 15 supervisors, 5 department managers and thirteen attorneys, grossed $ 20 million within the first twelve months on purchase paper client. Total legal collections for all clients of the law firm exceeded 50 million annually. Managed all legal and pre-legal collectors in four offices
Implemented procedures that allowed 40% of our legal collections to be collected prior to litigation
Performed audits for all satellite attorney offices for the law firm
Increased collections in our legal franchise by 25% while successfully decreasing litigation and per diem costs
NORTHCOAST RECOVERY, Buffalo, New York
Title – General Manager (6/2003 – 10/2006)
Managed 10 supervisors and 85 front end, mid-level and back end collectors. Oversaw purchasing and selling of debt, handled daily operations including accounts payable and payroll.

Consistently maintained an target liquidation rates on all purchase portfolios within a six month time frame from initial purchase
Organized a 10,000 account flow from local vendors and businesses as additional revenue for the company
