Sounds interesting, will I have to change to a different dialer or can I build from Latitude and Dial Connection's platform. I will not be attending the CRS this time around other prior arrangements.

Hey Mark,

Well, to start with EPP has changed our branding to Billing Tree to more closely align with our new product offerings for first party billers. We now offer a completely paperless solution from end to end. Including a paperless solution for online bill presentment and payment, one for online service initiation and other paperless solutions. I'll be posting some infromation in my payment processing group to let everybody know about the change.

Take it easy Mark!
