Lloyds TSB takeover of HBOS - Good thing or bad thing ?

LTSB's takeover of HBOS creates another Banking giant albeit under different circumstances than usual. So what does these creations of larger entities do for the vendor market? Clearly less clients as one would normally follow under the procurement policy of the other and their preferred partners. Do these mergers ultimately lead to vendor mergers/takeovers?

Is it easier to ask for forgiveness than approval?

I always think in Collections trying to get funding is like a double edge sword. When you need the funding say for systems/consulting/resource etc during the bad times,i.e. now, the response is often "things are tight". In the better times when you want to invest in debt prevention and be in a "ready state" the response is often "things are fine, we don't need to spend". How have you overcome this in the past or now!

Hi Bob! Nice to meet you.Unfortunately Bank Aval is not my client, as I know this bank has internal debt collection department and doesn't work with debt collection agencies... In my point of view it's not good situation for bank....
