What kind of platform are you running your web-based dialer on?
Nate Comment by Nate on April 27, 2009 at 1:18pm
Hi Tony,

I know that maybe a little vague. TCN runs on proprietary custom software.
Tony Pinto Comment by Tony Pinto on April 27, 2009 at 1:20pm
How do you deliver that proprietary software to the web? Java? PHP? .NET?

In House Predictive Dialer Systems be warned..... Pretty Ripping Technology
Nate Comment by Nate on April 27, 2009 at 1:28pm
The front end is mostly Java.

That's what I figured. Thanks for clarifying. We're currently using five9, which is also Java-based.

Why don't you shoot me a quick message outside of this forum and we'll take it from there.
