The metro 2 standard is managed by the CDIA cdiaonline.org you may get a full and up to date copy of the reporting standard there.

Bit outdated, but may be helpful (I dont know how much the metro2 format changes over 3 years, if at all)

You can trick there site into giving you the 09 one, but that might be construed as hackish, so i wont disclose that...lol
